Sign Language Recognition

ろう・難聴者（聴覚障害者）は，音声言語コミュニケーションが図りにくい面を持ち合わせている．手話（日本手話・日本語対応手話・指文字）を活用したリアルタイムコミュニケーション技術を開発することで，聴者とのコミュニケーションをスムーズに図れるようにすることを目標とする．

d/Deaf and hard of hearing has difficult communication in spoken language. The goal of this project is to develop a real-time communication technology using sign language (Japanese Sign Language, Japanese Correspondence Sign Language, Japanese Fingerspelling) so that they can communicate with hearing people smoothly. 

2020年11月21日(土)〜25日(水)，スペインのバレンシアで開催されたThe Thirteenth International Conference on Advances in Computer-Human Interactions (ACHI 2020) にて，研究室所属学生である，土屋智彦（M2）が採択された論文について口頭発表した内容です．

Tomohiko Tsuchiya (M2) gave an oral presentation on his accepted paper at The Thirteenth International Conference on Advances in Computer-Human Interactions (ACHI 2020) held in Valencia, Spain, from November 21 to 25, 2020.
